Join Kim Steiner, CREW Detroit Board Liaison for Outreach, and Holly Tiller, CREW Detroit DEI Committee Chair, as they breakdown the 2020 CREW Network Benchmark Study on Gender and Diversity and explain how data can be helpful in career growth and allyship.
Data is a powerful resource. This program will provide an overview of the data while providing insight into how COVID-19 has had an impact on the where we stand today compared to the Benchmark Study findings. This event will help you identify ways to harness the data to position yourself for career growth and/or job transitions. In addition, the conversation will support how all of us can be allies to under-represented communities within the CRE industry. At the close of the presentation, key action items will be discussed so that each of us can continue our efforts to advance the success of all women in CRE.
