The CREW Detroit Impact Awards recognize outstanding commercial property developments, throughout Southeast Michigan, that significantly impact their surrounding communities. We also honor those CREW Detroit members who are committed to making these projects a reality.
Project awards are presented to:
- One renovation/adaptive reuse project
- One new construction project
- One special impact project (new construction or redevelopment)
- Member to Member Award ( recognizes members who have worked together on a project and who consistently demonstrate the power and spirit of CREW)
