With her leadership and years of commitment to CREW, the mission of the CREW Detroit Impact Awards Committee is to successfully plan, implement and promote a premier awards program focused on utilizing membership, sponsorship and industry relationships to recognize, and award, recently completed commercial developments. The Impact Awards is designed to recognize projects that have significantly impacted their surrounding community.
Where’s your favorite place to vacation? Why?
I love National Parks and forests. Reconnecting with nature helps ground me and feel gratitude for life.
What do you do for fun?
I love to golf, travel, and spend time with friends and family.
Who inspires you? Why?
My 5-year-old son inspires me. He was born 3 months early, weighing only 2 pounds. To see him thriving, growing, and learning is what keeps me going.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A broadcast journalist.
Is it about winning or losing or how you play the game?
It’s about winning and how you play the game. Winning is only a win if it was done the right way.
If you could change one thing about your life, what would it be?
I wish I had a mute button for the voice inside that tells me negative things about yourself. She can make me doubt my worth and abilities and she tries to hold me back.
