Mentorship Program

Our CREW DETROIT network is one of the most important assets in our career.  We are very fortunate to have one of the largest and most diverse networks among Commercial Real Estate Professionals and we believe we should realize its full potential.

The goal of the Mentorship Program is to connect members through discussion topics including Personal, Professional, Education and Leadership cues.  We believe that members can benefit from the experience and advice of their peers, who might have faced similar career aspirations, challenges, or decisions in the past while developing meaningful relationships and strengthening our network.

In order to get the most out of the mentoring program, it is strongly suggested that each member sign up as both a mentor and a mentee.  A mentor is an individual with expertise who can help develop the career of a mentee. A mentee is an individual who receives advice, assistance, and feedback from a more experienced person, resulting in their personal and/or professional growth. We all have unique skills and experiences that are of immeasurable value to our network of members.

The Mentorship Program is a member benefit and is available at no-cost to all CREW DETROIT members.
