This week’s spotlight is on Tracy Taylor, President of T2 Designs. Tracy is the Board Liaison for CREW Detroit’s Professional Development Committee. With her leadership and years of commitment to CREW, the Professional Development Committee offers custom designed programming developed by CREW Detroit for its members with the express goal of empowering them and promoting their emergence as future leaders in the real estate industry. These programs include mentoring, a leadership symposium and an additional personal/professional development event. The mentoring program is an annual program; the other programs are typically offered in alternating years. These programs provide member participants with the tools, skills and knowledge necessary to take the lead in their personal and professional lives.

Evernote. It allows me to keep my life organized by digitizing everything and having instant access.
What character trait do you most admire?
Do you have any hidden talents?
I am a water skier and used to perform on a regular basis.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today.
What was the biggest thing, business or personal, you accomplished this year?
Surviving 2020 both personally & professionally.
Who is your favorite Superhero? Why?
Wonder Woman – we don’t have enough role models for young women and girls.
Is there a charitable cause you support? If so, what makes them so important to you?
The Severe Weather Center in Livingston County. It is the only local homeless shelter in the county for those in need during the winter months. Also the United Way because they impact so many lives in so many ways that people don’t even realize.
What is the most important thing we should know about you?
I am always striving to learn and give 100% to everything I do.
