Mentorship Program

Being part of a mentorship program allows you to take ownership of your personal and professional development.  

As a mentor, you have an opportunity to serve and give back to your industry. You’re able to increase your communication and listening skills, while further developing your skills as a leader.

As a mentee, you’ll have an opportunity to get helpful advice, build your network or develop a new skill.

CREW Detroit is excited to be offering a program that will help our members unlock their potential. 

Our mentorship program will:

  • Be conducted in a casual, comfortable format
  • Require an initial commitment of 30 minutes
  • Cover a wide range of topics
  • Offer additional resources throughout the year



Why Mentor?
Our CREW DETROIT network is one of the most important assets in our career.  We are very fortunate to have one of the largest and most diverse networks among Commercial Real Estate Professionals, and we believe we should realize its full potential.

The goal of the Mentorship Program is to connect members through discussion topics including personal, professional, educational and leadership cues. We believe members can greatly benefit from the experiences and advice of their peers, while developing meaningful relationships and strengthening their network.

In order to get the most out of our mentoring program, we suggest each member sign up as both a mentor and a mentee. A mentor is an individual with expertise who can help develop the career of a mentee. A mentee is an individual who receives advice, assistance and feedback from a more experienced person, resulting in their personal and/or professional growth. We all have unique skills and experiences, many of which are of immeasurable value to our network of members.

The Mentorship Program is a member benefit and is available at no-cost to CREW Detroit members.
