Impact Awards – Program Details

The 2019 CREW Detroit Impact Awards were held at the sophisticated Shinola Hotel. This annual sell-out event was attended by more than 200 commercial real estate professionals from across Michigan.

The CREW Detroit Impact Awards recognize four outstanding Southern Michigan commercial property developments which have significantly impacted their surrounding communities. In addition, one outstanding CREW Detroit member is honored with the Woman of Impact Award. This year’s award went to Mary La Fevre with The Cristman Company. The Categories are as follows:

  • Renovation/adaptive reuse
  • New construction
  • Special impact project (new construction or renovation)
  • Catalyst project (new construction or renovation)
  • Woman of Impact

Projects located in the Southern Michigan region are eligible. This region is defined as all counties south of and including Oceana, Newaygo, Mecosta, Isabella, Midland, Bay, and Huron Counties. View the map.
