Why did you join CREW? And how long have you been in CREW?
I joined CREW because I was impressed with the professionalism of their members, the quality of events, the opportunity to enhance my leadership skills, and the great networking opportunities.  I have only been a CREW member for a few years but have attended events sporadically over the past 10-15 years.

Why is CREW important to you? To your company?
I take pride in associating myself and my company with high quality organizations and events.

What has CREW done for you? Personally and Professionally?
It’s given me an opportunity to meet others in the CRE industry that I would not have otherwise.  Through the quality programming it offers, it’s given me an opportunity to grow as a person and a leader.  And the wonderful friendships I’ve made along the way are an added bonus.

Why should people within the CRE industry join CREW?
It is a great opportunity for networking with other influential people in the industry.  Additionally, it provides some fantastic learning opportunities through national speakers, educational events, and boot camp.

3 things I wish I had known to elevate my professional career.
1. Don’t be afraid to take risks 2. If you don’t fail, you don’t learn and grow. 3. Get to know your network of support and use them.

How have you been involved in with CREW? Committees; Board?
I have served as the Chair of Professional Development in 2018 & now 2019.

What advice would you give a new Member?
Get involved as much as possible.  You will gain far more value from your membership if you not only attend events, but also volunteer on committees.

What is your favorite quote?
