Why is CREW important to you? To your company?

CREW is important to me because I believe in the power of women supporting other women. Personally and from my company we are committed to diversity and inclusion programs within the Architecture and Real Estate community. It is crucial that we continue to work towards empowering and diversifying our industry to be more reflective of the communities we design and develop.

How have you been involved in with CREW? Committees; Board?

I started my CREW journey on the membership committee. I wasn’t sure that I was going to join a committee or what the benefit was. The chair at the time reached out to me directly and invited me to the meeting. Once I got engaged, I found more and more value in my membership. I was asked to serve as the Programs Board Director, and then the President-Elect and 2018 President. Now as the Past President I am really excited to help others maximize their membership and find their own path to leadership.
