DEARBORN, Mich. – Local professionals are invited to join CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Detroit for the CoreNet Michigan 2015 Economic Forecast at the Dearborn Inn Jan. 15, 2015.
The program includes a panelist discussion on commercial real estate development trends and the future of the City of Detroit through the eyes of local C-suite executives, as well as networking opportunities with real estate industry professionals. Under new leadership and with interest in Detroit at an all-time high, the city is charting a new course that positions itself as a long-term driver of state and regional economy.
Panelists for this year’s Economic Forecast include Matt Cullen, president and CEO of Rock Ventures; Sam Munaco, president of Advocate Advisors; Rod Miller, president and CEO of Detroit Economic Growth Corporation; and Bob Riney, president and CEO of Henry Ford Health System. WXYZ Channel 7’s Editorial Director Chuck Stokes will moderate the event.
The CoreNet Michigan Economic Forecast is being held in conjunction with Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR), the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
Registration and networking begin at 11 a.m., lunch will be served at noon and the program begins at 12:20 p.m. The Dearborn Inn is located at 20301 Oakwood Blvd. in Dearborn, Mich. CoreNet Michigan will take place in the Dearborn Ballroom.
