Alicia Washeleski is a Principal at Plante Moran Cresa and has more than 25 years of diverse design and construction experience. She specializes in project feasibility, programming, design management, pre-construction planning, and construction project oversight. Her comprehensive expertise has always proved to be invaluable to her clients nationwide.
Alicia’s current role is Program Director of the special projects team for Olympia Development of Michigan (ODM). As Program Director, she leads the District Detroit project, a progressive new sports and entertainment development that will revitalize Detroit with a new Red Wings hockey arena and 50 blocks of businesses, parks, restaurants, and event destinations.
Alicia joined Plante Moran Cresa in 2008 where she managed corporate, government, and senior living projects before eventually leading the corporate project management team. Prior to PMC, Alicia joined the General Motors Worldwide Facilities Capital Projects Group as the lead Project Manager for the Southeast Michigan Plan at the Milford Proving Grounds. Over the course of five years, she oversaw more than $230 million worth of work on testing facilities, offices, and test roads. After transitioning to project planning, Alicia led the master site planning for expansions and contractions at all of the GM combined engineering and manufacturing campuses worldwide.
Alicia has been a valued member of CREW Detroit since 2011.
